Sect. I of Harbor Lights. Mr. Dean and I recommend approval of a 15' wide ~halt access road from the easterly portion of the existing paved area of Schooner Drive to lot#l. Mr. Dean will confirm this by seperate letter. The Town Board has previously reviewed this road end area and was prepared to accept that road without the 100' turnaround. , It is also suggested that if the above is agreeable with you that the owner of lot #1 be required to submit a letter to you and the Building Department that he understands a certificate of occuppancy will not be issued until the access road is approved. n J. Please inspect Schooner Drive to determine whether at the time of dedication, February 8, 1974, this road met the Highway Specifications.
