Dear Henry:
The Southold Town Board at a regular meeting held
on January 19, 1982 released the bond in the amount of
$50,000.00 for roads and improvements in the subdivision
known as "Greton Estates" located at Mattituck, New York
as recommended by the Southold Town Planning Board, Town
Road Inspector Davis, Highway Superintendent Dean, and
Southold Town Board Highway Committee.

of the Town of Southold, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to
remain in full force and effect.
