A final inspection was conducted on 12/7/88 and we find that the
roadway has been installed satisfactorily and the landscape work is in
progress. However, the following items have not been completed:
1) Topsoil and Seed i ng Due to the time of the year, seed

2) Street Signs The bond estimate calls for three signs (1
street sign; 1 stop sign; 1 dead end sign). Mr. Breslin has
ordered the street sign through the Southold Highway Depart-
ment (see letter attached), however, the other 2 signs have
not been installed, as of this date.
