GUARANTEEING THE COMPLETION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVlMENTS CONSISTING
OF INSTALLATION OF 5200 FEET OF OIL, SAND AND BJmE STONE ROAD, 6
FOOT SHOULDERS, DRAINAGE ETC .AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE RESOLUTION
APPROVING THIS SUBDIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITON OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH THAT
IF THE PRINCIPAL SHALL, WITHIN THE PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS FROM
DATE OF THIS BOND, WELL AND TRULY COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION OF THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEME\lTS HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
SPECIFICATIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF
