and the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all of the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part, of, In and to any land lying in the bed of Bay
Avenue in front of or adjoining said promises to the center line thereof,
and to the lands lying under the waters of Marion Lake adjacent to said
premises and riparian rights therein.
Said premises are shown on map entitled "Map of Land owned by Mabel
French" at East Marlon, made by Otto W. Van Tuyl A Son, Surveyors,
dated October 19th 1951.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, covenants and conditions of
record.
BeinE and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Mabel W. French by a Deed dated February 3, 1953 1
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office March 19. 1953 in I
Liber 3489 of Deeds at page 226,
