their holes and assigns forever,
that lot or parcel of land situate in the Village of East Marion,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:-
'. BEGIIIING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of Rocky
Point Road and southwesterly corner of land owned by William D. Faulkner,
and being about 325 feet southerly from the edge of the Sound Bluff;
running tt:ence along the southerly line of land of said Faulkner and along
lend of Sunset Shores, Inc., North 77 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds
East, 333.2 feet to a concrete monument on the westerly line of a cer-
tain proposed road, 50 feet in Width; thence along said westerly line of
said proposed road, South 2 degrees 00 minutes East, 254.4 feet to a con-
crete monument; thence parallel to ea id northerly boundary, South 77
degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds West, 281.11 feet to a cone rete monument on
said easterly line of Rocky Point Road; thence along said line of said
road north 13 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds Went, 250 feet to the point
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the above mentioned proposed
road, 50 feet in width, extending along the entire rear line of plot
herein conveyed and thence northerly about 150 feet and thence westerly
about 400 feet to said Rocky Point Road.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Party of the
first
pert, if any, of, in and to that portion of Rocky Point Road as
lies adjacent to said premises, to the center line thereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first pert by F. Harold Sayre by a deed dated Yovambar 6, 1953 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 7, 1953 in Liber1
