WEBB, residing on the north side of State Street in the Village of Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York ,wart.of the first part,and CHARLES E. WEBB and MARY F. WEBB, his wife, residing at 13 Salt Box Lane, Darien, Connecticut, as tenants by the entirety, party of the second an, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second ,an,due,hereby ren se release and quitclaim unto the party of the strand part,the heirs to successors and assigns of the party of the second pare forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, kin,and being in the Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- On the south by State Street, on the west by the lands late of Charles N. Franklin, and on the north and east by lands of the heirs of David A. Tuthill, deceased, and containing by measurement tbirty-one and three quarters square rods, the same being about four rods front and rear and eight rods in depth. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Miriam Hartley to Edward W. Webb and Minnie W. Conklin Webb by Deed dated January 20, 1947, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 21, 1947, in Liber 2669 of Deeds, page 563• <
