BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of a proposed highway 501 wide to be
o e known as "Sound view Road", said point being about 390 feet westerly from the

Road" being about 260 feet southerly from Long Island Sound and about parallel
thereto; from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of
"Sound View Road", S. 850 571 40" E. - 125.0 feet; thence on a curve to the
right having a radius of 100.0 feet, a distance of 151.84 feet to the westerly
line of a proposed highway 501 wide to be known as "Three Waters Lane" thence
along said westerly line of "Three Waters Lane", S. 10 021 20" W. - 30.27 feet;
thence along land of the party of the second part, 2 courses as follow:-
(f) N. 850 571 40" W. - 226.45 feet; thence
2 N. 40 021 20" E. - 125.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said "Sound View Road", said "Three Waters
Lane" and over proposed highways to be known as "Park View Lane" and "Plum
Island Lane"; from the northwesterly comer of the promises easterly and then
southerly and then westerly and then again southerly about 2450 feet to the
Main Road.
