bounded and described as follows:

northerly along the westerly line of land of Hazel Petty about three hun-
dred (3001) feet to a point and land of Kenneth Tabor; running thence
westerly along the southerly line of land of Kenneth Tabor eighty-two
(021) feet to a point; running thence southerly along the easterly line
of land of Kenneth Tabor about three hundred (3001) feet to the northerly
line of Orchard Street; running thence easterly along the northerly line
of Orchard Street eighty-two (021) feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Willis
Young to B. Webster Young by deed dated June 28th, 1929 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September loth, 1929 in Liber 1457
of Bonveyanees at page 4111, and the same premises of which said B. Webster
YOunF. died seized and possessed.
