AU that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and be-
ing at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Mew
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument distant 94.11 feet
on a course south 83. 03' east from a point marked by a concrete monu-
ment set on the easterly line of a certain right of way (sometimes known
as Dexter Road), which concrete monument on said right of way marks the
northwesterly corner of land of the parties of the second part, and
from said point of begiming running thence mouth 40 50' 200 west,
102.78 feet to a point on the northerly line of land now or formerly
of Madeiros and Barked by a concrete monument= thence north 85. 09' 400
west, 20 feet, more or lose, to the southeasterly corner of lands oon-
veyed by the parties of the first part to the parties of the second
part by dead dated January 4, 1956 ind recorded in the Suffolk county
olork's office on January 9, 19%. in liber 4051 of deeds at page 364
(said point being 9 feet easterly on the course last mentioned from a
concrete monument marking the northwesterly corner of land now or form-
erly of Modeiros)1 thence north 40 50'200 east, 103.84 feet, more or

This deed in given for the purpose of correcting an error in the
description in a dead by the parties of the first part to the parties
of the second part dated, executed acknowledged and delivered on May
17thr 1960 and recorded May 19, 1960 in the Suffolk county clerk'• of-
floe in liber 4812 of deeds at page 82, and is executed by the parties
of the second part to ratify their acceptance hereof as the correct
description of the premises.
