Witnesseth that the part y of the first part, in consideration of

parties of the second part, their heirs, and assigns foreiuer, all

Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York; being more fully
bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a certain stake set at the intersection of the east-
erly line of the within described premises and the Main Road, or Kings
Highway, (said stake being seventy-five (75) feet west of a stake on the
southwest corner of the land of William C. Habermann) and running north-
erly along the lands now or formerly of William and Mary Habermann, a
distance of one hundred sixty-five (165) feet more or less to a stake;
thence running westerly along other land now or formerly of William and
Mary Habermann, a distance of seventy-five (75) feet more or less to
another stake; thence running southerly also along other lands now or

formerly of dilliam and Mary Habermann, a distance of one hundred sixtyve
(165) feet more or less to the Main Road or Y;ing ' s Highway; thence
running easterly along said highway a distance of seventy-five (75)
feet more or less to the point or place of beginning, being bounded on
the east , north and west by lands of the said William and Mary
Habermann, and on the south by said highway.

Habermann and Mary Habermann to Fred Habermann by deec dated December 1,
1938 , recorded in Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on January 9, 1939, in
