,any of the first part,and CHARLES E. WEBB and MARY F. WEBB, his wife,
residing at #13 Salt Box Lane, Darien, Connecticut, as tenants by
the entirety,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second pare,does hereby grant and release onto the any of the second pan,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,

by Nellie Terry to Edward W. Webb and Minnie C. Webb by Deed
dated February 21, 1939, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on April 5, 1945, in Liber 2434 of Deeds, page T1.
