Dear Mr. Tuthill:
The Southold Town Board,at a regular meeting
held on August 22, 1978, approved the $2,600 bond
and accepted a passbook for that amount from Mr.
Charles Rand for roads and improvements in the sub-
division known as "Briongloid-by-the-Sea."
In the future the Town Board will not accept
a revised amount for a bond, such as you submitted
for the above subdivision. The original recommenda-
tion must stand, regardless of what items have been
completed prior to the estimate.
