HEM and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Frederick Tabor by deed dated April 8, 1889 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 364 of Deeds at page 88 on February 3, 1892, and by dead dated December 16, 1912 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 833 of Deeds at page 207, on December 19, 1912, and of which the said Frederick Tabor deed seised and possessed.
