hereinafter calle d the parties of the second port,

t� that certain piece or parcel of land together with buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate at East Marion, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, hounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of a parcel of land corn eyed by
Edna A. Brown to Marietta Ketcham by deed dated April 27th 1945, said point
being on the easterly line of a certain twenty (20) foot right of way and
opposite the southeasterly corner of land owned by Virginia Lemleyp running
thence northerly along said easterly line of said right of way and parallel
to the easterly line of Bay Avenue and distant two hundred ten (210) feet
therefrom a distance of one hundred (100) feet to a point opposite the
northeasterly corner of said land of Virginia Lemleyq thence easterly along
ether land now or formerly of Edna A. Brown and at right angles to said lin
of Bay Avenue, ninety-five (95) feet, more or less, to the westerly shore o
thence southeasterly along said westerly shore of Marlon Lake
Marion Lake/,ne hundred fourteen (114) feet, more or less, to the northeaste -
ly corner of said land conveyed to Marietta Ketcham; them a westerly along

TOGETHER with 311 the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part sof in and to the waters of Marron Lake and the lend thereunder,
abutting the premises. Also with a right of way ten (10) feet in width
along the westerly lice of the premises and continuing snutherly, twenty
(20) feet in width, for a distance of one hundred (100) feet to another
right of way, twenty-four (24) feet in width, and thence over said twenty
four (24) foot right of way westerly to said Bay Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Marietta Eetcha
by Edna Brown by deed dated May 24th 1945, and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office May 25th 1945 in Liber 2449 of Deeds at Page 219.
SUBJECT TO a first mortgage executed by Elnore G. Terry in the amount
of Three thousand ($3,000.00) dollars held by The First National Bank of
Greenport, New York, dated February 25, 1958 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on February 28, 1958 in Volume 2981 of Mortgages at
Page 223.
