Of Southold, in the COUatY Of Suffolk and State of Now York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of the Main Highway
five (5) rods Westerly of the westerly line of land formerly of Orange
D. Petty; running thence Northerly On a line at right angles to the
said highway eight (8) rods to a certain locust stake; thence Easterly
two (2) rods to a certain locust stake on the said westerly line of
land formerly Of Orange D. Petty at a point to, (10) rods from the sail
highway as measured along the westerly line of land formerly of Orange
D. Petty; thence Northerly along the westerly lin of land formerly of
Orange D. Petty to the land formerly of the Estate
0f Seth Terry, de-
ceased; thence Westerly along the southern line of the lands of the
said Terry Estate and in continuance of said line to other lands for-
merly of Orange D. Petty; chance Southerly along the easterly line of
said lands last mentioned to the Main highway; and thence Easterly
along the said highway to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the 8=6 premises as were conveyed to
Peter Sledzeaki, deceased husband of the party of the first part, by
deed acted February 1, 1928 and recorded In the Suffolk County Clark's
Office on February 6, 1928 In Libor 1330 of Deeds, at Page 542.
