does hereby front and release unto the part y of the second part, her
distributees and astifm forever,all that certain tract, piece or
parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements therein,
situate, lying and being in Orient, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of 17ew York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set in the southeast corner of premises
hereby conveyed running thence in a northerly direction to
another stake set on the edge of the Sound Cliff and contin-
uing In a straight line to Long Island Sound; thence, be-
ginning at the stake first above mentioned, running in e
westerly direction to another stake set at the southwesterly
corner of premises hereby described; thence, in a northerly
direction, to a certain stake set on the edge of the cliff
and continuing in a straight line to Long Island Sound. The
premises herein described being bounded northerly by Long
Island Sound; easterly, southerly and westerly by land former-
ly of Peter Sledjeskl, also known as Peter Brown, and contain-
ing by estimation one (1) acre.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the said
party of the first part of, in and to the lands under waters
of Long Island Sound adjacent to above described premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part, in and to a free and uninterrupted right
of way suitable for the passage of wagons and automobiles to
and from the premises herein conveyed to the main highway.
SUBJECT to, and including, covenants, restrictions and ease-
ments of record, if any, now affecting the premises.
SUBJECT to Zoning Regulations of the Town of Southold.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to George
F. Barris by deed of Peter Sledjeski and Amelia Sledjeski.,
also known as Peter Sledverski end Amelia Sledverski, dated
the 22nd day of April, 1920 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on the 24th day of April, 1920 in
Liber 997 of Deeds Page 331; the said George F. Harris, died
