Heine and intended to be the same premises conveyed to John E. Brown,
by the Treasurer of the County of Suffolk by three separate deeds,

• recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 495 of deeds at page 321 on January 31, 1906, the second of
which is dated the 26th day of October 1906, and recorded in said
Clerk's office in Liber 495 of deeds at rare 352 on October 29,
1906 and the third of which is dated July 22, 1912, and is recorded
in said Clerk's office in Liber 820 of deeds at naee 39 on the 24th
dry of July, 1912.
