paid by the parties of the second part,do as hereby grant and release unto the
Parties of the second part, their heirs, and assigns forever,all
that certain piece or parcel of land together with the buildings and
imcrovements thereon situate, lying and being in East Marion Town of
Southold, County of Stuffolk and State of New York, bounded aA described
as follows.
PARCEL NO. 1
Northerly by the Main Road (Route 25); easterly by land of Downs,
southerly partly by other land formerly of Charles T. Brooks and partly
by lend of Wayland C. Brown formerly of Henry Gardiner; westerly by
land of Reginald Peterson, formerly of iilliam Munch. Said Premises
being about 109 feet in width by about 150 feet in denth. Being the
same Premises conveyed byLydia A. Brooks to Charles T. Brooks, by
deed dated November 6th A5, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office
on November 20th 1885, in Liber 292 of deeds at page 258.
1ARCEL NO. 2
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of the land formerly of
Charles T. Brooks, which point is the northeast corner of land of PTaylard
C. Brown, formerly of Henry Gardiner and the northwest corner of the lard
hereby described; running thence N. 54 deg. 25' E. 133 ft. to land of
Caesar Tedeschi, running thence along land of Caesar Tedeschi S. 30 deg
15' E. 149 feet more or less; thence S. 54 deg. 25' W. 134' more or les
to land of 'Wayland C. Brown, formerly of Henry Gardiner; thence along
land last mentioned, N. 30 deg. W. 149 feet more or less to the point o
place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the westerly portion of land conveyed by
John J. Bartlett and Annie E. Bartlett, his wife, to Charles T. Brooks,
by deed dated February 18th 1 1893, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on February 24th, 18y3, in Liber 384 of(beds at page 129.
