BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between land of the parties of
the first part and land of the party of the second part at the southwesterly
corner of said land of the party of the second part, said southwesterly
corner being 146.46 feet westerly along the southerly line of said land
from the westerly line of Youngs Road; from said point of beginning
running along said land of the parties of the first part, 2 course@, as
follows:-
