A. Dorman Estate; running thence along the center line of said 25 foot right-of-way, North 83 degrees 59 minutes 40 seconds West, 307. 13 feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part, North 4 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds East, 209,03 feet to the center line of another right- of-way; thence still along other land of the party of the first part and along the center line of last mentioned right-of-way, North 89 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East, 280,76 feet to an iron pipe set on the westerly line of land conveyed by the party of the first part to the parties of the second part by deed dated February 16, 1949 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2923 of deeds at page 140; thence along said land of the parties of the second part, three courses, as follows:- (1) South 35 degrees 59 minutes East, 48.75 feet to an iron pipe (2) North 83 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds East, 39.20 feet to an iron pipe (3) North 58 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds East, 80.08 feet to a concrete monument �t on tah�f� we t r if a ((��a{d ���rl o ¢¢ encs aTon��,ic�!an�-P A. -6oPm��l Estate A.
