AIL that certain piece or parcel of land situated at East Marion in
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, lying north of the Main
Road at East Marion and bounded northerly by land now or formerly of
Frank J. Tuthill; easterly by land now or formerly of Terry; southerly by
land now or formerly of A. Beckett; and westerly by land now or formerly
of Frank J. Tuthill.
BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to Edwiq H.
King by Deed from Ella G. Vail and Eugene S. Griffin, unmarried, being
all the heirs at law of William Holks Griffing, deceased, dated March 10,
1952 and recorded April 8, 1952 in Liber 3338 of Conveyances at, page 330
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, which said premises are
located with reference to survey dated August 21 1933 made by Otto W.
Van Tuyl, Surveyor, of Greenport, N.Y., as a strip of land lying east of
line running S. 10a 36' 200 E. 2459.04 feet, running from lend formerly
of Tuthill now of Schroeder southerly to north side of other land of
Schroeder formerly of Francisco; no warranty is made as to survey location
