Between WILLIAM YOUNG TERRY, JR. and LORAI.NE S. TERRY, his wife,
both residing at Main Road (no number), Orient, Suffolk County, New
York, parties of the first part,and
WALTER J. STRORHEYER, JR. and NANCY P. STROHHEYER, his wife, both
residing at Main Road (no number), Orient, Suffolk County, New York,
parties of the second part,
Witneaeeth that the parties of the first part,in consideration of

lawful,honey of the United Stales,and other good and valuable consideration
paint by the parties of the xecond part,do hereby Grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their distributees and assigns forever, all
that certain tract, piece or parcel of lend with the buildings and
Improvements thereon, situate et Orient, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at c point on the southerly side of the State
Highway and at the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
Edward S. Edwards and running thence southerly a distance of ten (10)
rods to other land now or formerly of Blanche M. Burgher, ^.ladys T.
Vaughan and Viola T. Latham; thence running westerly and on a line
parallel with the southerly aide of the State Highway and other land
of the parties of the first pert eight (9) rods to a point; thence
northerly along other land now or formerly of Burgher, Vaughan and
Latham a distance of ten (10) rods to the southerly side of the State
Highway and running thence easterly a distance of eight (A) rods
along the southerly side of the State Bighway to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by BlancheMildredBurgher, Gladys T. Vaughan and
Viola T. Letham by deed dated July 27, 1945 and recorded in the
Suffolk County gark's Office on August 10, 1945 in Liber 2472 of
Deeds at Fage 42, being a part of the premises of which Ferbert L.
Tuthill, late of the Town of Southold, died seized.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to the State Highway in front of and
adjacent to said premises.
SUBJECT to an existing mortgage in the principal sum of
X4,250.00 dated August 10, 1945 and recorded In the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on the same day in Liber 1291 of Mortgagee at Page
12), meds by the grantors herein to Walter Jr. Strohmeyer (now
deceased) and Loraine Strohmeyer, his wife, which mortgage the
grantees herein hereby assume and covenant to payt as part of the
purchase price of the above described promisee, and the parties of
the second part hereby execute and acknowledge this instrument for
the purpose of complying with Section lOg3C of the Civil Practice
Act.
