that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Orient, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly
hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly
of Golder, said point being the southeasterly corner of land of the parties of the
se,'ond part; from said point of beginning running thence along said land of the
parties of the second part, North 9 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 120 feet
to an Iron pipe and the northeasterly corner of said land of the parties of the second
part; thence along other land of the party of the first part, the following three
oourse,s and distances:
(1) North 77 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East 50 feet; thence
(2) South 9 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds East 120 feet; thence
(3) South 77 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 50 feet to an iron pipe and the
point or place of beginning.
