1384 feet southerly along said easterly line from the Main Road,
said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land
conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part
to William Volinski, from said point of beginning running along said
easterly line of Shipyard Lane, north 24 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds
