BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed to the parties
Of the first part by deed made by Joseph H. Stern dated January 7, 1950
and recorded in the office of the clerk of the Qounty of Suffolk in
liber 3043 of conveyances, page 86, on the 3rd day of February, 1950.
SUBJECT to any state of Pacts an accurate,survay might show and to
oovemaats, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations undsoa-
ing regulations of record, if any.
The parties of the first part covenant that the use of the right of way
over the northeasterly boundary is limited to the parties to this agree-
ment and the owners of the lands bounding the premises on the north-
west and northeast.
SUBJECT to a certain mortage for the sum of $6,000 with interest
thereon at the rate of S'9 executed by Joseph H. Stern and Dorothy
Maltbie Stern to the First National Bank of Greenport (now the Valley
National Bank of Long Island); said mortgage is dated August 24, 1955
and recorded August 29th, 1955 in the office of the clerk of the
county Of SnPfclk in liber 2489 of mortgages, page 92, which mortgage
the party of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to pay as part
of the consideration for this'deed. The specific amount of the debt
thus assumed is the sum of 15070.90. The parties of the second part
hereby execuyy and acknowledge this instrument for the purpose of
complying/tIIb�Drovisions of Chapter 502 of the Laws Of 1938.
