BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary higiwater mark of Long Island
Sound marking the northeasterly corner of land of McCann and the norti,—
westerly corner of land of the party of the :second part and running
thence along said last mentioned land, south 13°30100" east, about 667
feet to the northerly point of a certain rigt11t of way [running from
Rocky Point Road wasterly and then southesteFly to land of Rosenberg];
thence along said right of way 2 courses, as follows: (1) south 56050'

the westerly line of Rocky Point Road; thence along the westerly line of

14.94 feet to a point [distant on an extension of tl.e course first

BEING AND INT-NDED to be a correction deed correcting an errorenous
description contained in a deed between the parties hereto dated
August 23, 1960 and recorded in the office of t,,e clerk of the county
of Suffolk in liner 4864 of conveyances, page 99, on August 159 1960s
in which deed the third course of ti,e metes and bounds description was
incorrectly described as "north 79050120" west, 190.93" instead of ..s
correctly set forth above.
