being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, described as follows: lots 4 and 3 and the westerly
one-half of lot 2 as laid out on a certain subdivision map of property
of Marion G. Richardson situate at Fast Marion, New York, surveyed by
Otto W. VanTuyl, C' 5., dated December 16, 1927 and filed in the of-
flc> of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York.
TOGHTRFIR with a right of way 16# feet in width and more particularly
descrihed in 2 certain deeds duly recorded in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County, New York in liher 1198 of deeds at page 127 and
liber 119R of deeds at naFe 194 on June 2nd, 1926.

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first Dart of, in and to a certain right of way bounded and
doscriheri as follows:- hegi•ming at a stone monument on the easterly
line of land of Marion G. Richardson at the northwesterly corner of
land of "dary Thieringer and running thence along said land of Mary
Thieringer, south 13" 30' east, 35.64 feet; thence along other land
of Marion G. Richardson, south 450 00' 20" west, 217.09 feet to other

Marion G. Richardson which is on the meet; running thence along said
land of Marion G. Richardson, north 13" 30' west, 33 feet; thence
through said land formerly of D. S. Goverment, South 56" 50' east,
14.55 feet; thence on a line passing about 4 feet southerly from the
southerly side of a garage, north 79" 50' 20" east, 190.93 feet to
the westerly line of Rocky Point Road; thence along the westerly line
of Rocky Point Road, south 13" 45' 10" east, 50.10 feet; thence along
other land of Thieringer on a line parallel to the northerly line of
the premises herein described and 50 feet southerly therefrom, measured
at right angles thereto, south 79" 50' 20" west, 188.38 feet; thence
along other land of Thieringer, south 45" 00' 20" west, 14.94 feet to
said land of Marion G. Richardson; thence along Said land of Marion
G. Richardson, north 13" 30' west, 35.64 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
PREMISES herein conveyed are, and intended to be, the Same premises
conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by Marion G.
Richardson dated August 39 1945 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk August 4, 1945, liber 2470 of conveyances,
