described; from said point of beginning running along said northerly
line of the Main Road, N. 80c 05' W.-66.0 feet to a monument and land
of Arthur Fitting; thence along said land of Fitting and along land o
H. Martyn Baker and passing thru a monument, N. 70 140 40" E. - 278.7
feet to a monument; thence along said land of Baker, S. 850 09' 40" E -
84.16 feet to a monument and land of Edward Adams; thence along said
land of Adams and along said land of Monroe, S. 110 07' 30" W. -120.2
feet; thence still along said land of Monroe, S. 100 42' 40" W.-165.7
feet to the point of beginning.

Van Dusan to George R. Latham by Deed dated January 13, 1947, recorded

Deeds at peg* 97.1 and by Minnie A. Van Dusan to George R. Latham by
Deed dated January 27, 1947, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on February 15, 1947 in Liber 2677 of Deeds at page 156.; and by
Helen J. Madeiroa and Marjorie Medeiros Gaffga to George R. Latham by
Deed dated December 12, 1949, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on Janie ry 4, 1950 in Liber 3032 of Deeds at page 419.
Said George R. Latham, the grantee named in said Deeds is the
same person named as George R. Latham, party of the first part herein.
