of Suffolk and State of Nei. York, bounded and uescribed as follows.
Northerly by a private road, twenty-five (25) feet 7a adult; easterly
by other land of the party of the first part, eighty (80) feet; south-
westerly by other land of party of the first part 141 feet; southerly
alpc by land of party of the first part, twenty-five (25) feet and
westerly by laid of F. S. Eskholme, one hundred fourteen (114) feet.
TOGE.'1'EER with a right of way, over said twenty-five (45) foot
private road, to and from Bay Avenue.
This conveyance is subject to the following terms, conditions
and restrictions;
In event the party of the second part desires to sell the
premises hereby conveyed, the party of the first part or her successors
in title to the property adjoining said premises on the east shall have
the option for a period of ten days to purchase same for the sum of
three thousand (43,000) dollars, plus the cost of any permanent
improvements.
In event the party of the first part, or her successors in title
to the premises adjoining the premises conveyed on the east, desires
to sell said adjoining premises, the party of the second part shall
have the option for a period of ten (10) days to purchase said adjoining
premises for sixty-five hundred (=6500) dollars.
