Party of the first part, and his mister, ALBERTA EDNARDS PARKER, of 10 Greenbrier Lane, Flower Rill, Now York, party of the second part, 1111 E S S E T H i WHEREAS party of the first part under the Last 8111 and Testament of 1118 father dated September 25, 1924, received a one-third interest in the real estate hereinafter described subject to the life estate of his mother, Alberta S. Edwards, and WHEREAS Party of the first part 1s desirous of conveying to the party of the second part all of his right, title and interest in and to said property, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the natural love and affection of the party of the first part for the Party of the second part and in consideration of One Dollar ( 1.00), and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part to the party of the first part, ' Including a General Release dated June U, 1958, a copy of which, marked Appendix wA^ 18 attached hereto and made a part hereof, receipt of which Is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, her heirs, executors and assigns forever, all right, title and interest each the party of the first part now has or hereafter may have In and to the following described property; ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East Marlon in the Town Of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; y X4145 ::;F4 9 Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of the Main Highway adjoining land of Thomas C. Rackett, and running thence Southerly partly by land of said Thomas C. Hackett, partly by land of Emily G. Tuthill and partly by land of Mrs. David Patterson about 1300 feet to Peconlc Bay, thence Westerly by and with Peconlc Bay two hundred and eighty-three (283) feet to other land of Thomas C. Hackett, thence Northerly partly by land last mentioned and partly by land of Willard Hackett about thirteen hundred (1300) feet, more or less, to the Southerly line or side of said Main Highway, and thence Easterly by and with the Southerly line or side of said Highway two hundred and eighty-three (283) feet to the point or plaoe of beginning. Containing eight (8) acres be the same more or less.
