RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend to the Town Board that the bond estimate for improvements for the Oregon Heights major subdivision be accepted, SCTM# 1000-100-1-2.1; 1000-99-3-12. Total bond $25,431.00. WHEREAS a final public hearing has been set for Monday, September 28, 1987 at 7:30p.m. on this major subdivision. I would recommend that the L.B.'s b~ spaced 9 ft. apart (side to side) to obtain more leaching area. The covenant requiring on site collection and recharge systems for roof and driveway runoff for each lot is approved.
