Dear Mrs. Terry:
Please let this confirm the following action taken by
the Southo1d Town Planning Board, Monday, September 14, 1987.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend
to the Town Board that the bond estimate for improvements for
the Oregon Heights major subdivision be accepted, SCTM#
1000-100-1-2.1; 1000-99-3-12. Total bond $25,431.00.
WHEREAS a final public hearing has been set for Monday,
September 28, 1987 at 7:30p.m. on this major subdivision.

Dear Mr. Orlowski:
I have reviewed the above plan as follows:
Drainage: A 2t1 rainfall with coefficients as shown in the
drainage criteria for the various areas equals the capacity of
the (6) 10 ft. diam., 13 ft. height leaching basins and appears
acceptable. I would recommend that the L.B.'s b~ spaced 9 ft.
apart (side to side) to obtain more leaching area.
The covenant requiring on site collection and recharge
systems for roof and driveway runoff for each lot is approved.
Also approved, note on plans for lots I and 2, excluding
house construction where slopes exceed 15%.
