February 14, 1984 adopted the following resolutions:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold
has considered the property of Laurel Estates, located at Laurel,
New York, and hereby authorizes the Planning Board to consider
said property as being developed in the cluster concept.
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold
has considered the property of James W. Dawson at Bayview,
Southold, New York, and hereby authorizes the Planning Board
to consider said property as being developed in the cluster concept.

Dear Hr. Raynor:
We enclose herewith an amended description of the above-referenced
subdivision. Please make this description a part of our application
in place and stead of the description submitted to the Planning
Board with our letter of December 12, 1983.
By way of explanation, the previously submitted description was based
upon a prior survey of the premises and the courses and distances
recited therein do not conform with the subdivision sketch plan sub-
mitted to your office. The reason for this, according to the surveyor,
is that the prior survey was laid out according to magnetic north, where-
as the subdivision sketch plan was laid out according to true north.
The description submitted herewith conforms to the subdivision sketch
plan in your file. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact my office.

Planning Board, Friday, September 9, 1983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare
itself lead agency with regard to the State Environmental
Quality Review Act in the matter of the proposed subdivision
"Laurel Estates, located at Laurel.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the sketch map of the proposed cluster development as indica-
ted on the map "Laurel Estates", located at Laurel, subject
to the following conditions:
(1) Town Board approval for this property to
be developed in a cluster concept.
(2) Covenants a~d restrictions stating the
interior 22- acres will remain open space
in perpetuity.
(3) Covenants a~d restrictions stating the
