ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the village of
East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as followst- BEGINNING at ■ stake at the northeast
corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to Edith C. Moore;
running thence easterly thirty (30) feet along roadway leading from Bay
Avenue to Marion Lake; running thence southerly and parallel with the
easterly line of land of said Edith C. Moore to Marion Lake; running thenc
westerly along the shore of Marion Lake to land of said Edith C. Moore;
running thence northerly along the easterly line of land of Edith C. Moore
to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said private road from said easterly
line of Bay Avenue, to the easterly line of the premises.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to the land under waters of Marion Lake abutting said
premises, extending one-half the distance between the southerly line of
land hereby conveyed and the northerly line of land heretofore conveyed
by the party of the first part to Joseph Schiavoni and others now owned
by Oak Grove Beach Realty Corporation.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by East Marion Land
Improvement Company, Inc,t to Laura E. Moore by Deed dated May 4, 1937
and recorded May 15t 1937 in Liber 1921 at Page 38 in Suffolk County Clerk s
