para does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second par[,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piere or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imeNt at East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of
New York, known as and by the lot No, ll on a certain map entitled "Map of
Section Two Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island"
which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 23rd,
1927, under the number 275.
BEING a part of the premises which were conveyed to said Laura E. Richmond
by Gardners Bay Co„ Inc, by deed dated January 13, 1926, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1169 of deeds at page 122, on February
3rd, 1926, together with all the rights of way and easements and subject to all
of the reservations, covenants and agreements as set forth in said deed, in-
cluding the covenant to pay the sum of five ($5,) Dollars per year for the use
of the "Beach" to Gardners Bay Co., Inc„ beginning January let, 1948, by the
same rights of way, reservations and covenants as apply to this development
generally.
