Y.", and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 18, 1953 as Map 42038. Subject to covenants and restrictions dated July 11 1953, and re- corded on July 6, 1953 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber 3541 of Conveyances at Page 561. Being and intended to be the same premises acquired by the party of the first part by Deed dated October 2, 1958 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 9, 1958 in Liber 4527 of Deeds at Page 39.
