Latham and the southwesterly cor- ner of premises herein describedi running thence north 2 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds east, 223.07 feet; thence north 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds east, 70.17 feet; thence north 1 degree 54 minutes 00 seconds east, 143.95 feet to a post; thence along land now or formerly of G. E. and B. D. Latham, south 89 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds east, 210.73 feet to a post; thence still along land now or formerly of G. E. and B. D. Latham, and land of the Long Island Lighting Company, the following 2 courses and distances: (1) south 8 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds east, 205.15 feet; and (2) south 15 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds east, 89.84 feet to a point; thence along said assumed northerly road line, State Highway, Route 25, south 76 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds west, 357.65 feet to the point or place of beginning. SUBJECT to a mortgage made by the parties of the first part to the North Fork Bank and Trust Company dated November 149 1956 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of "uffolk Ncvember 16, 1956, liher 2759 of mortgages, page 288, in the original amount of $129000, which has been reduced to $11,000.
