BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Bay Avenue

August 18, 1945 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office
in Liber 2474 of deeds at page 487; running thence along the
PARCEL I northerly line of said lands north fifty-five (55) degrees, forty-
seven (47) minutes, twenty (20) seconds east 87 feet to a point on
the existing shore line of Marion Lake; running thence in a general
northwesterly direction and along the shore line of Marion Lake to
a paint thereon where the same intersects the easterly line of
Bay Avenue; running thence along the easterly line of Bay Avenue
south 34 degrees, 12 minutes, 40 seconds east 124 feet, more or

TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the
mortgagor of, in and to the lands under the waters of Marion Lake

BEGINNING at a monument set at the intersection of the

of the Bay to the intersection of the easterly line of Bay Avenues
with said Bay; thence along the easterly line of Bay Avenue N. 34
+ 12140" W. 208.80 feet more or less to the point or pleas of
