17' 40" east 323.86 feet to a point;

thence south 830 17' 40" west 327.81 feet to the easterly side of
Rocky Point Road (Sound Avenue);
thence along the easterly side of Rocky Point Road (Sound Avenue)
north 80 59' 50" west 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be approximately the northerly one half of
premises conveyed to Maria M. Visiliou by deed recorded in
Liber 4203 cp 4.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of, in and We
Rocky Point Road as adjoins said premises to the center line thereof.
