Vail and Minnie A. Vail, four courses as follows: (1) North 57 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds East 200.0 feet to a concrete monument; thence (2) South 29 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East 51,0 feet to a concrete monument; thence (3) N,,rth 56 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East 100,0 feet to a concrete monument; thence (4) South 29 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East 105.0 feet to a concrete monument and said land now or formerly of Rhodos; thence along said land of Rhodos two courses, as follows: (1) South 56 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds West 100.00 feet to a concrete monu- ment; thence (2) South 57 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds West 200.0 feet to the point of beginning. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by John W. Vail and Minnie A. Vail by deed dated December 15, 1949, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 6, 1950, in Liber 3033 of Deeds at page 209. The party of the second part covenants that the premises will not be used for any purpose except residential purposes for a period of five years from the date hereof,
