his heirs and assi;ne foreoer, all that certain piece or parcel
of land situate at East Marlon, in the Town o1 Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly boundary line of land of
the party of the first part, 467.82 feet southerly along said boundary
line from the point where it is intersected by the southerly line of a
50' private road, said southerly line beginning at a monument at the
easterly terminus of the southerly line of Aquaview Avenue and running
thence 2 courses, as follows:
(1) S. 780 23' 30" E. - 76.03 feet; thence
(2) S. 710 23' 30" E. - 257.78 feet to said easterly boundary line;
said point of beginning being also the southeasterly corner of land
conveyed by the party of the first part to James Sarmousakis; from sai
