ordinary high we ter mark of Long Island Sound; thence southeasterly alon1a
said high water mark, 100 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50t private road from the
southeasterly comer of the premises westerly about 330 feet to Aquavle
Avenue, which private road the seller undertakes and agrees to dedicate
to the Town of Southold within two years and in the meanwhile at
his own cost and expense to improve the same, in such manner as shall
be required by the Town as a condition to acceptance thereof as a
public highway.

Stars by deed from William Clark as administrator with the Will
annexed of the goods, chattels and credits which were of Daniel E.
