COLDER, his wife, residing at Youngs Avenue, Orient, Suffolk County, New York, A w • w t, parties of the second part, Mant"tth,that the party of the ftrst ,part, in consideration of TEN_ ______________________________________________ _ ___________Dollar (f10,00 ) lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and releawe unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and "gig"forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Orient, In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Youngs Avenue at the northwest- erly corner of other land of the parties of the second part said point of beginning being 1390.95 feet northerly along the easterly line of said Youngs Avenue from Main Road and running thence along the easterly line of Youngs Avenue two courses, as follows: (1) North 1 degree 31 minutes West 45.16 feet; thence (2) North 9 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 4.84feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part, three courses, as follows: (1) North 77 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds East 150,0 feet; thence (2) South 9 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds East 4.84 feet; thence (3) South 1 degree 31 minutes East 45. 16 feet to the northeasterly corner of said land of the parties of the second part; thence along said land of the parties of the second part South 77 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 150.0 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first of, in and to the highway adjoining said premises to the center line thereof. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the second part by deed dated May 5, 1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4109 of Deeds at page 164. This deed being a correction deed to correct the description contained in the aforesaid deed.
