BEGINNING at a point marked by a stake or pipe set on the westerly line
of land of James F. Douglass where same is intersected by the northerly line
of land of Theodore Simon, said point being also distant 108.04 feet in e
general northerly direction along the easterly lire of lend of Theodare
Simon from the southeasterly corner of said land of Theodore Simon. Said
point of beginning and also land of Simon being shown on a map made by Ottoi
N. Van Tuy1 and Son from survey made October 21, 1954; ruru.ing thence in a

less to land now or formerly of George Douglass running thence in a general,
