Jewels M. Benjamin, his wife, to Joseph S. Benjamin by dead dated August 9th,
1924, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clarkla Office on September EE, 1924,
in Liber 1109 of deeds at page 234, which promisee were therafter deviwd to
May Yrooman Perry Benjamin by the last Will and Testament of Joseph S. Benjamin,
duly admitted to probate by Use Surrogate of Suffolk County on Luguat S, 1941,
and being and Intended to be the same premises of which Way Yrooman Perry Benjamin
died seized and possessed intestate a resident of Suffolk County, New York, no Way
31, 1947, the said Desire Benjamin Layman being the daughter and the sole devisee
