valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part,

do hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
and assigns forever, all that certain tract or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, and bounded and described as follows.-
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road, 507 feet westerly
along said northerly line from the southeasterly corner of land of John B.
Droskoski and the southwesterly corner of land of Brownls Hill Estates;
running thence along a 10-Coot strip of land reserved by the parties of the
first part, on a Line parallel to the easterly line of lands of Stanley Dros-
Koski, mentioned and described in a certain deed dated May 12, 1954,
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3693 of deeds at page
440, as corrected by deed bearing even date herewith and to be recorded
simultaneously herewith, North 31 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds West,
150 feet; thence along other lands of the parties of the first part, two
courses as follows:- (1) On a line parallel to said northerly line of Main
Road, North 74 degrees 8 minutes 30 seconds East, 125 feet; thence (2)
on a line parallel to said easterly line of said lands of Stanley Droskoski
South 31 degrees, 54 minutes, 50 seconds East, 150 feet to said northerly
line of Main Road; thence along said northerly line of Main Road South
74 degrees 8 minutes 30 seconds West, 125 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the lands of which John B.
Droskoski died seized and possessed, and a portion of said lands devised
by the said Jahn B. Droskoski to Stanley Droskoski, it being the intention

of the parties hereto that the lands herein described shall be deemed to be
a part of the undivided one-half Interest of the said Stanley Droskoski in
the lands devised to him under the Will of John B. Droskoski.
