land now or formerly of the parties of the first part; from said point of beginning
running along said land of Tuthill and Dyer, North 42 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds
j West 171.47 feet; thence along land of the parties of the first part, two courses as I
follows:

line of the Main Road; thence along said northerly line of the Main Road, South
72 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West 200.0 feet to the point of beginning.
