DOUGLASS, JR., party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said Last Will and Testament, and in consideration of Eight Thousand ($8,000.00) Dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigvs of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of Land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situ- late, lying and being in the Village of Orient, Town of I Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York. I PARCEL NO. 1. Bounded northerly by land conveyed Eby James Douglass to Hatty Laudy; easterly partly by the Ihighway and partly by land formerly of Henry Dyer; southerly by land formerly of David T. Glover; westerly by the waters t i � of Orient Harbor - said premises being as shown on the sur- I li vey dated Auyuat 22, 1916, made by Halsey & Van Tuy 1, En- Igineers and Surveyors, of Greenport, New York. PARCEL NO. 2. Bounded northerly by King Street, lso called, and the beach formerly of James Douglass; easterly UBERV47 =4o:240 by the land formerly of William S. Hubbard; southerly by the land and beach formerly of David T. Glover; westerly by the bay. Subject to an easement or right of way over the most easterly 10 feet of said premises in favor of the grantors herein extending from King Street to the northerly I' boundary of the premises adjoining on the south and as more I'll particularly set forth in Liber 2956, page 3. The aforesaid premises are conveyed subject to l such state of facts as an accurate survey of the premises shall disclose, encroachments thereon, municipal, state and Federal regulations governing the same, zoning ordinances, i and restrictions and easements of record, if any.
