New York, for Title Guarantee a Trust Co. as follows, to witt

BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side line of
Main Road where the same is intersected by the Westerly side
line of land now or formerly of the John Miller Estate; running
thence North 880 071 30' West, along the northerly side line
of the aforesaid Main Road, a distance of 250 feet to a point
in said northerly side line of the aforesaid Main Road, marked
by a monument; running thence North 40 491 00' East a distance
of 307.60 feet to a monument; running thence South 820 521 00'
East a distance of 249.93 feet to a monument; running thence
South 40 501 00' West a distance. of 284.65 feet to a monument
in the northerly side line of the aforesaid Iain load, being
