conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the parties of the first part
to the party of the second part; and running along said southerly
line of "North View Drive", 2 courses, as follows: (1) on a curve
to the right having a radius of 203.52 feet, a distance of 25.38
feet; thence (2) N. 820 40' E.-211.62 feet; thence along other land
of the parties of the first part, S. 360 08, 20" E.-3$7.28 feet to
the northerly line of another 33 foot private road known as "South
View Drive"; thence along said northerly line of "South View Drive",
S. 600 50' .W.-100.0 feet to said land conveyed, or about to be
conveyed, to the party of the second part; thence along the last
described land, 2 courses, as follows: (1) N. 370 00' W.-165.0 feet;
thence (2) N. 190 36' 50" W. - 201.15 feet to the point of beginning.)
